Refund & Returns Policy

1. 30-Day Return Eligibility

We accept returns on all standard (non-customized) football jerseys, retro editions, and accessories within 30 calendar days from the date of package delivery. To be eligible for a refund or size exchange:

• The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original pristine condition.
• All original factory brand tags, club hologram labels, and packaging must be intact.
• Proof of purchase (Order ID or confirmation email) must be provided.

2. Customised & Personalised Shirts Exclusion

Jerseys that have been custom printed with bespoke squad names, numbers, or sleeve badges are uniquely tailored to individual specifications. Consequently, custom printed jerseys cannot be returned or refunded unless there is a verifiable manufacturing fault or printing discrepancy caused by our thermal press department.

3. Refund Processing

Once your returned item arrives at our fulfillment facility and passes quality inspection, your refund will be processed back to the original method of payment within 3 to 5 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card issuer to post the credit to your statement.
