Standard kit orders are packed and dispatched within 24 business hours from our central warehouse. Orders requiring bespoke thermal numbering and custom sleeve badges require an additional 24 hours of technical pressing and curing time before courier collection.
Once an order is handed to our authorized carriers (Royal Mail, DHL Express, FedEx, or Delhivery), an automated dispatch email containing your unique tracking reference number and live tracking link will be transmitted to the email address provided during checkout.
For international shipments outside the United Kingdom and European Union, deliveries may be subject to import taxes and customs clearance fees imposed by destination customs authorities. Such charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
